A man was shot Tuesday in broad daylight while he was sleeping in his home on the city's east side.
The shooting happened in the 3000 block of East 116th Street at 1:00 p.m.
The 52-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the neck.
Police said the shots came from outside the house.
No further information was released at this time.
