Maple Heights police are searching for a missing teenager.
He went missing from Southgate Shopping Center around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
The teen is a diabetic and does not have his medication.
Police said he is upset over relationship issues and made comments to classmates about possibly harming himself.
He is 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has medium length dreads with light highlights. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored sweater, white undershirt and khaki pants.
