CLEVELAND — Residents in Cuyahoga County experienced a brief power outage Monday morning.
FirstEnergy reported nearly 15,000 people were without power at one point
The outages were concentrated in Westlake, Fairview Park and North Olmsted, according to FirstEnergy.
A FirstEnergy representative said that an equipment failure briefly took a substation offline, but the power was restored to those affected within about 30 minutes.
