A Cleveland mother accused of murdering her 5-year-old son has given birth to her 10th child, according to court documents. Larissa Rodriguez gave birth on April 27 while incarcerated in Cuyahoga County Jail.
The child was taken into protective custody by children and family services, according to court documents.
Earlier last week, Rodriguez was sentenced to six years in prison, along with a children's services provider, for misusing food stamps that were meant for her five children. One of the children was 5-year-old Jordan, whose body was discovered buried in his backyard by authorities after police received a 911 call from a tipster claiming to be the brother of the mother's boyfriend.
