It's a neighborhood in Cleveland that came to life with pan-Asian food, a farmers' market and performing acts. Night Market Cleveland in the city's AsiaTown district brought vibrancy and purpose to the area formerly known as Chinatown.

Sadly, Night Market Cleveland announced on Thursday that the 2018 season, which was slated to run once a month through September, will be coming to an end. In a Facebook post to its followers, the organizers said they can no longer carry out the season because of funding goals that fell short, among other factors.

Circumstances such as venue space, funding and infrastructure were some of the reasons mentioned for the cancelation.

The good news? Organizers said they are planning to bring back the festival next year with tentative dates being June 28, July 26, August 30 and September 27.
