ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Rocky River police announced Thursday night that no charges will be filed against Rocky River High School teachers after their investigation.
Police said Rocky River City School District officials notified them on March 10 about a video that captured staff members having a conversation including inappropriate comments about a student and referring to possible photos of a student in a text messaging thread.
Authorities investigated the claim and determined that there was insufficient evidence of criminal activity.
The school district plans on continuing with its investigation.
