The manager of a Euclid apartment building that has been the subject of resident complaints pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts — rat infestation and accumulation of garbage.
The North Pointe Apartments manager was fined $1,750 for the violations.
Residents have been contacting News 5 for months complaining about problems with the apartment complex — bed bugs, cockroaches, mold.
