Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized 510 pounds of marijuana valued at $1.3 million during a traffic stop.
On Monday, troopers stopped a 2018 Penske truck with Indiana registration for speeding and marked lanes violations on the turnpike.
A patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted officers about the vehicle. Authorities then issued a probable cause search.
Keryl Lopez, 48, from California was incarcerated in the Strongsville City Jail and charged with possession and trafficking in marijuana.
If convicted, she could face up to 22 years in prison and up to a $40,000 fine.
