'Cleveland, we got a champion, baby!'
That's right. Cleveland earned a championship Saturday night. But it wasn't the Cavs or the Indians or the Browns.
Stipe Miocic knocked out Brazlilian Fabricio Werdum at Arena da Baixada soccer stadium in Curitiba, Brazil Saturday night to become the UFC heavyweight champion of the world.
Miocic works as a part-time firefighter in Valley View.
Cleveland sports teams reacted on Twitter after Miocic's win, showing support for the UFC fighter.
