Two Cuyahoga County jail guards have been placed on restricted duty while authorities investigate an allegation of a use of force incident, according to Cuyahoga County spokesperson Mary Louise Madigan.
The jail guards, Corporal Idris-Farid Clark and Officer Robert Marsh, are not allowed to have any contact with inmates during the investigation, Madigan said.
