Warrensville Heights Police Department is currently investigating a homicide near the intersection of Harvard Avenue and Warrensville Center Road.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation is also on scene assisting the department.
The News 5 crew on scene says the victim was located on the east side of Warrensville Center Road near Ridgewood Avenue around 5:30 p.m.
Authorities have not yet released the details surrounding the homicide.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area as they continue to investigate.
