The city of Cleveland will hold a press conference Tuesday afternoon to give an update on west side power outages.
The press conference will be held at Cleveland Public Power by Robert Davis, director of the Department of Public Utilities and Ivan Henderson, the commissioner for Cleveland Public Power.
