CLEVELAND — The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner will release preliminary 2018 drug overdose statistics at a news conference at 11 a.m. Friday.

Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish and Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner Dr. Thomas Gilson will host the news conference, along with U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman, Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County CEO Scott Osiecki, Director of the Office of Opioid Safety for MetroHealth Dr. Joan Papp, and Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judges Joan Synenberg and David Matia.
