A 35-year-old woman was shot and killed while sitting in the living room of a Cleveland home on the city's east side Tuesday morning.
The shooting happened in the 600 block of E. 92nd Street at around 12:52 a.m.
Police said a preliminary investigation revealed the woman was sitting in the living room when multiple shots were fired at her house.
The woman, who was shot in her torso, was taken to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
Police said the shooting is under investigation and no arrests have been made.
