ERIE COUNTY, Ohio — A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for two Northeast Ohio counties.
Carroll and Tuscarawas counties under the warning until 11 p.m.
The National Weather Service said damage to trees and power lines is expected.
Torrential rainfall is happening with these storms and may lead to flash flooding.
