Ohio State Highway Patrol shared a video on Facebook of a vehicle that crashed into a patrol post.
On April 12 around 9:07 p.m., a driver veered off a road and crashed into the Sandusky patrol post, OSHP said.
The driver was not wearing a safety belt, officials stated, and was ejected from the vehicle. Troopers provided medical aid at the scene until EMS arrived. The victim was taken to a hospital.
The crash remains under investigation, authorities said. Alcohol and speed are suspected to have contributed to the crash.
Officials reported the walls and windows of a conference room were damaged, as well as landscaping and a concrete sign. The conference room was not occupied at the time of the crash.
