BURTON, Ohio — An animal rescue organization in Geauga County is seeking donations after it took in more than 40 puppies Saturday alone.
Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups said it is in need of food for all of the puppies, as well as the mothers the organization took in as well.
The organization focuses on providing pregnant dogs and dogs that have just had babies, along with their litters and puppies under six months old, a safe and healthy environment to grow before sending them to shelters to be adopted.
Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups is a 501c3 organization, meaning all donations are tax deductible.
