NORWALK, Ohio — UPDATE: Police have located the child's mother.
Norwalk police are looking for the parents of a small child found on Newton Street Wednesday morning, according to a Facebook post.
Police are asking if you recognize this child and if you know her parents, to call them at 419-668-3311.
