CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Lake County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal shooting.
Deputies said the 49-year-old man called them Saturday around 8 p.m. to the 10000 block of Pinecrest Road.
According to deputies, the man said he had just shot another man who lives in the home with him after a disturbance.
When deputies arrived, they found the 49-year-old man in the driveway and the 36-year-old victim laying on the inside of the home.
The 36-year-old man suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead.
The 49-year-old man was taken into custody and booked into the Lake County Adult Detention facility.
