The Lake County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team was involved in a standoff in Painesville overnight, where somebody barricaded themselves into a home on West Jackson Street.
The standoff started at 11 p.m. Monday and ended around 3 a.m. Tuesday, the suspect surrendered and was taken into custody.
The road was closed for hours.
No other information was provided.
