Three separate incidents, but all with the same result—overdoses from opiate-laced marijuana now believed to be caused from synthetic opiates.
The people involved in these incidents later admitted to the use of other drugs, in addition to smoking marijuana.

"We decided to post the notice on possible tainted marijuana based on the best interest of our community. We see too many people die of opiate-related incidents," said a spokesperson for the Painesville Fire Department.
Since Friday, there have been 13 overdoses resulting in three deaths.
