A 10-year-old boy was injured after he was hit by a car on an Elyria street Saturday night.
The boy was playing tag with his brother around 9:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of West River Road South when he ran into the road and was hit by a vehicle, according to police.
The boy was treated by first responders at the scene before he was life-flighted to MetroHealth Medical Center.
On Sunday, the hospital said the boy was in ICU with multiple injuries, but he is expected to make a full recovery.
No further information was released at this time.
