LORAIN, Ohio — Lorain police have arrested two suspects and are searching for two more after a woman was allegedly kidnapped, blindfolded, locked in her own trunk and assaulted multiple times over six hours.
On March 29 at 2 a.m., police said a 39-year-old woman was lured to the 1200 block of West 19th Street.
Police said when she arrived, she was confronted by two females and a male.
The victim was forced out of her vehicle and assaulted with a weapon, according to police.
Police said after she was assaulted, she was forced back into her own vehicle and locked in the trunk.
The suspect then drove the victim's car to two different locations, according to police.
Police said at the second location, she was blindfolded and taken into an unknown residence.
Once inside, the victim was assaulted again and threatened, according the police.
Police said the ordeal lasted over six hours before she was released.
She had serious injuries from the kidnapping.
Police arrested two people, aged 42 and 22.
They are searching for Karimarie Fonseca, 29, and Dennis Teart, 39.
