LORAIN, Ohio — Lorain police are investigating after a man was found dead outside a Lorain apartment complex Wednesday.
Officers responded to an apartment complex in the 1500 block of Herbert drive for reports of shots fired in a parking lot.
Police found the man, identified as 30-year-old Jeremy A. Mills, in a parking lot with a gunshot wound.
Mills was pronounced dead at the scene.
