Elyria Fire Department crews are staging rescue areas after a car was found in the Black River near Elyria Wednesday.
Firefighters confirmed they have staged in a few areas for a rescue off of Ford Road. Authorities will also attempt to send a boat and the Lorain County Dive Team.
