Crews are working to pull a completely submerged car out of the water at the Hot Waters Boat Ramp in Lorain Thursday afternoon.
The car went off the ramp, located in the 1100 block of West 1st Street, sometime before 4 p.m., according to authorities.
EMS transported one person from the scene, but they weren't in the car when it went in the water.
Police didn't say how the car ended up in the lake.
