LORAIN, Ohio — Lorain County officials will kick off the Drive Sober Campaign at the county fair this week in an effort to promote safe and responsible driving.
The health department and the sheriff's office are educating people about the campaign before the concerts on Monday and Tuesday.
Officials will be educating people about drunk driving statistics in Lorain County.
They will also hand out free Lyft discount codes to encourage everyone to drive safe. Those codes will be available at the Drive Sober booth.
The fair runs from Aug. 19 through Aug. 25, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
