LORAIN, Ohio — A driver is in serious condition after a crash in Lorain Monday morning.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said a driver was heading southbound on Palm Avenue when the driver blew through a stop sign at Packard Drive.
The driver continued through a vacant lot, through a ditch and into a second vacant lot before hitting a tree and finally coming to a rest at a garage.
The driver sustained serious injuries and the passenger inside the car had minor injuries, according to the troopers.
No further information was released on why the driver blew through the stop sign.
