ELYRIA, Ohio — A candlelight memorial was held in Elyria Friday evening to honor those who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001.
The community gathered outside of the gazebo in Ely Square downtown at 7:30 p.m. to pay tribute to 9/11 victims.
Music and tribute videos were played and candles were lit in honor of the nearly 3,000 people killed on that tragic day 19 years ago.
