Authorities are investigating after a man was fatally shot in Lorain on Sunday morning.
The shooting happened on the 2800 block of Apple Avenue around 2:20 a.m. According to Lorain police, an unknown person opened fire on two men who were walking in an alley after leaving a nearby club.
One victim, later identified as Andre Eugene Hines, 23, was shot multiple times. He was transported to Mercy Regional Medical Center but later died from his injuries.
Another victim, a 22-year-old man, was also shot once. He was treated at the hospital and released.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call Lorain police at 440-204-2100.
