A woman was stabbed by her partner in Lorain Sunday afternoon after he got upset over the music she started playing.
The victim told police she and Carlos Ramos were playing dominos and drinking. They went into the bedroom and victim put on some music. She said Ramos got upset over the music she chose and they began to argue. Ramos grabbed a knife and threatened her, according to police.
The victim told police she tried to defend herself as Ramos swung the knife. When she put her arm up by her head, he cut her arm, leaving a two-inch wound near her wrist. She also said Ramos bit her forehead.
The argument continued and the victim grabbed a lamp to defend herself, according to the police report. She hit Ramos with the lamp, which police found broken in the bathroom.

Ramos was taken to the Lorain County Jail.
