Two teens are facing multiple charges stemming from a home invasion that happened in Lorain last October.
According to police, the two teens, who both have since turned 18, broke into a home on the 3200 block of Regina Avenue around 3 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, and allegedly assaulted the resident while he was asleep in his bed.
The teens were arrested on Monday. Both were charged with aggravated burglary, felonious assault, and kidnapping.
Since the suspects were juveniles when the crime occurred, they are both being held at the Lorain County Juvenile Detention Facility, police said.
Police said they expect the cases to be bound over to adult court.
Authorities didn't release the identities of the teens.
