Three inmates have been captured after escaping from the Lorain Community Based Correctional Facility Friday evening.

Around 6:47 p.m., the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office responded to the jail on Murray Ridge Road.

Deputies were advised that three inmates — 26-year-old Joshua Eli Natal-Morales, 23-year-old Michael David Kilgore and 26-year-old Reynaldo Rivera Franco — had broken out a window of the correctional facility and fled from the grounds on foot.

Authorities put out a BOLO on the subjects and Elyria police were called to assist.

The police department and sheriff's office set up a perimeter along Infirmary Road and West River Road while officers began to search the area.

Around 7:45 p.m., police located Franco and Natal-Morales on West 19th Street west of West River Road in Elyria.

Around 8:17 p.m., police found Kilgore on Garden Street and took him into custody.

All three were taken to the Lorain County Correctional Facility and charged with vandalism and escape.
