It was Memorial Day weekend 2001 when Wendy Burkey was found dead in her work van.
Two bullets took her life. She left three beautiful young daughters behind. Seventeen years have passed, and no arrests have ever been made.
For years, Burkey’s mother Barbara Bohoric locked away her questions in fear of what the answers may bring. Her priest told her maybe that was for the best.
