The Ravenna School District placed Ravenna High School on lockdown Friday morning as a precaution following a potential threat posted on SnapChat Thursday night, school officials said.

According to a message on the district's Facebook page, no one was in danger and no one was injured.

The student who allegedly sent the threat was taken into custody when they arrived at school Friday morning, school officials said. A second person, who was a student from another school and was trespassing, was taken into custody when they arrived at the building with the suspect.

No further information has been released.
