Someone at the Richland Correctional Institution isn't getting everything on his wishlist this year.
A person was caught trying to throw a four packages with tobacco, cellphones and marijuana over a fence at the prison just before 9 a.m. Christmas Eve, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers found the suspect, Avery Ingram, 21, a short time later near the prison and was arrested. He will be charged with illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of an institution, illegal conveyance of electronics onto the grounds of an institution and criminal trespassing.
