The Stark County Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide that happened on Tuesday morning in Lake Township and may be connected to a home invasion.
Authorities responded to a residence in the 8800 block of Cleveland Avenue NW around 1:29 a.m. after they were notified of a possible shooting. When deputies arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound.
The victim, 31-year-old Brian A. Limoli, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the shooting may have occurred during a home invasion but didn't provide any additional information.
The sheriff's office is asking anyone with information about the shooting to call them at 330-430-3800.
