Kids were caught on camera out of their seats on a school bus jumping and dancing.
"The noise level in itself has to be a safety issue, let alone all those kids they're not sitting," said concerned mom Amber Rosier.
In the video, the bus driver is heard encouraging the kids to dance.
"The bus driver tells the kids when I stop I want to see you all shoot. Which is the dance the kids are doing in the aisleway on the video," said Rosier.
Rosier's daughter is a fourth grader at Belden Elementary which is part of Canton City Schools.
She said Savannah was having issues on her rides home from school so she told her to record what was happening.
"I figured I would catch some name calling, something to that effect. I had no idea that that is what was actually going on," she said.
Rosier took the video, which was recorded two months ago, to the school, but she's not satisfied with the district's response.
"They've yet to take care of it, they said they have but there have been no consequences for the bus driver," said Rosier.
The district said the bus driver was "spoken to" at the time it happened, and there haven't been any incidents since.
When we asked if they've been reviewing the school bus cameras to ensure there are no issues, the district representative said they will review the video if there are any further complaints.
