GREEN, Ohio — A Green man is accused of possessing child pornography after investigators searched his home in June and found images and videos of child pornography on computers, the Summit County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
On July 16, Jason M. Maximovich, 45, of Green, was arrested and charged with two counts of pandering obscenities involving minors, a felony of the second-degree.
The charges stem from a search of his home on June 24 after the sheriff’s office detective bureau received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Detectives traced the IP address to a residence on Arlington Road in the City of Green.
During the search, numerous computers and media storage devices were recovered by investigators. A computer forensic examiner found several images and videos of child pornography, the release states.
Maximovich was booked into the Summit County Jail. The sheriff’s office said further charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
