COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Two Coventry Township residents are facing charges after police responded to a home and found a dead man lying in the yard.

Kaila Hayes, 28, and Nicholas Righetti, 31, were arrested Sept. 24 and charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

According to the Summit County Sheriff's Office, the man was found partially naked in front of Righetti's house on Swartz Road Sept. 12. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as 28-year-old Adam Liuzzo.

Authorities said that an investigation indicated that Liuzzo went to the house where Hayes was offering sexual services for hire and Righetti profited from the transactions.

While at the house, it's believed that Luizzo used drugs before he died, according to the sheriff's office. Following the man's death, authorities said that Hayes and Righetti disposed of Liuzzo's belongings and destroyed evidence that he had been in the house. The two then dragged Liuzzo's body outside and dumped him in the yard.

During a search of the house, deputies discovered items used to manufacture dimethyltryptamine (DMT), as well as a marijuana grow operation in the basement.

The cause and manner of Liuzzo's death have not been released.

The sheriff's office said that additional charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
