CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Canton man who crashed a car in Clinton Township has been arrested for a 10th OVI offense, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Timothy A. Draper has been charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.
Authorities say Draper was driving on State Route 3 at County Road 16 when the crash occurred. The car he was in belonged to another person.
Draper is scheduled to appear in court March 19.
Clinton Township is located in Wayne County.
