Orrville police reported major flooding on Apple Avenue Thursday evening amid thunderstorms and rain, but it turned out there was another culprit contributing to the problem.
It seems a turtle was to blame. Yes, a turtle. Police said she was stuck in the drain. Officers were able to get her out safely and set her free in a nearby creek.
