Ohio EBT outage resolved

The EBT outage that impacted Ohio residents Sunday afternoon has been resolved, according to Bill Teets with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

Systems went down around noon on Sunday and the issue was resolved by 3:30 p.m.

Teets said ODJFS worked with its vendor, Conduent, to resolve the outage. Multiple other states were also impacted by the outage.
