CLEVELAND — One person is dead and a second injured after a crash on West 25th Street early Friday morning in Cleveland.
Police said around 12:50 a.m. a car was traveling south on West 25th Street went it hit a guardrail outside the Nestle factory at West 25th and Queen.
After the crash, one person was helped away from the car by a passerby as the vehicle caught fire, according to Cleveland police.
A second person died at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
West 25th Street was closed from Barber Avenue to Columbus Road while police reconstructed the events of the crash.
No other cars were involved in the crash.
