Vogel said one of the stolen vehicles was located on East 147th Street. Initial reports indicate all three owners had left their keys inside each vehicle before they were stolen.

Vogel said officers learned of the stolen vehicles at around 4:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Officers did not pursue the stolen vehicles.
