The Westlake Police Department's non-emergency phone line was restored after experiencing an outage on Thursday.
Thursday night, The Westlake Police Department announced they were unable to receive non-emergency calls on its typical number. The phone lines were restored around 9 p.m. the same day, police said.
911 was not impacted during the outage, police said.
