Medina police find missing 13-year-old girl

MEDINA, Ohio — UPDATE: The girl has been found.

Medina police are asking for the public's help locating a missing 13-year-old girl.

Police said she left her house after 5 p.m. with an unknown person.

She was believed to be last seen in the area of Baxter Street and West Smith Road.

Police said she was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black and red pajama pants, and a black and grey backpack.

Authorities did not share the girl's name.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 330-725-7777.
