TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio — A Missing Endangered Adult Alert has been issued for a 69-year-old man who went missing early Monday morning from the Country Retirement Campus Facility in Tuscarawas County, according to authorities.
Robert Fellers, 69, left the facility at 860 East Iron Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. Monday and has not returned since.
He suffers from pulmonary disease and takes medication.
Fellers was last seen wearing a military baseball cap. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
