Port Clinton police request surveillance footage from residents to help find Harley Dilly

PORT CLINTON, Ohio — The Port Clinton Police Department is asking the public for additional help in locating missing 14-year-old Harley Dilly.

Investigators are asking that anyone who has security footage from either homes or businesses send in that footage to police.

Footage from Thursday, Dec. 19 between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m. is needed, as well as footage from Friday, Dec. 20 between 12 a.m. to 12 a.m. Saturday.

Anyone within the Port Clinton city limits that has footage during those times is asked to send it to HarleyDillySurveillanceVideo@gmail.com or contact the Port Clinton Police Department at 419-734-3121.

Harley has been missing since Friday, Dec. 20, and since then, the search has gone nationwide, with Port Clinton residents holding out hope for his safe return.

Harley was last seen walking to school wearing a maroon puffer jacket. Police said the investigation does not indicate any foul play at this time.

On Thursday, police increased the reward for information leading to the safe return of Harley to more than $9,000.
