LOS ANGELES — A bus carrying 32 passengers from Pala Casino in North San Diego County overturned in Los Angeles Saturday morning, shutting down westbound Interstate 10, KABC reported.
The crash happened just before 4 a.m. in the Pico-Union area near the 110 freeway, according to Los Angeles firefighters.
Firefighters said no one was critically injured and most passengers were able to walk off the bus. Four people had serious injuries and 21 others had moderate to minor injuries.
The CHP told KABC the bus was on its way from Pala from Koreatown. There was no word on why the driver lost control.
Officers closed the highway until just before 10 a.m. for the investigation.
